The Green Food Mark is a quality certification trademark registered by the China Green Food Development Center. If an enterprise wants to use the Green Food Mark on the products it produces, it must apply according to the following procedures:

(1) The applicant submits a formal written application to the provincial green office and fills in the "Application Form for the Use of Green Food Logo" (in duplicate) and the "Enterprise Production Status Survey Form".

(2) The provincial green office will assign at least two full-time green food label management personnel to the enterprise to conduct on-site inspections based on the enterprise's application. Those who pass the inspection will be entrusted with designated environmental supervision departments to monitor the environment of the declared products or product raw materials.

(3) The Provincial Green Food Office will conduct a preliminary review of the application materials based on the inspection situation, environmental monitoring and status evaluation results, and submit the materials that pass the preliminary review to the China Green Food Development Center.

(4) China Green Food Development Center will review the submitted materials. For those who pass the review, the Provincial Green Office will sample the declared products, and the designated food testing agency will conduct testing according to the green food product standards. For those who are unqualified, their applications will no longer be accepted that year.

(5) China Green Food Development Center will conduct final review of the tested products.

(6) The enterprises that pass the final review sign a green food mark licensing contract with the China Green Food Exhibition Center. For those who are unqualified, their applications will no longer be accepted that year.

(7) The China Green Food Development Center will number the above-mentioned qualified products and issue a green food mark use certificate.

(8) If the applicant company has objections to the environmental monitoring results and product testing results, it can submit an arbitration test to the China Green Food Development Center.
