Mung beans, also known as kidney beans, lentils and beans, are millet. It is called Qingming bean in Quzhou, Zhejiang, plum bean in northern China, and one of the common vegetables on the table in some central China areas such as Sichuan.

1, kidney beans are sweet, light and slightly warm, and enter the spleen and stomach meridians.
2, wet but not dry, spleen but not stagnation, often used for spleen deficiency and dampness.
