The "Standards" stipulate the quality, variety, specifications, technical requirements, sensory requirements, etc. of noodles. At the same time, noodle restaurants are divided into Four levels.
On July 1, 2010, the "Interim Measures for the Management of the Use of Lanzhou Beef Noodles Trademarks" formulated by the Lanzhou Federation of Commerce came into effect. This means that all enterprises and individuals that meet the conditions for using the registered trademark "Lanzhou Beef Noodles" can use the trademark for free.
For applications submitted by enterprises or individuals for the use of the Lanzhou Beef Noodles trademark, the Lanzhou Federation of Commerce will complete the review of the applicant’s business premises and trademark within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the application. Conduct on-site inspections of the situation and provide written review opinions. For applications that meet the trademark use conditions, both parties will sign a Lanzhou Beef Noodles trademark use license contract, and the applicant will receive a Lanzhou Beef Noodles Trademark Certificate and a Lanzhou Beef Noodles trademark logo sample.
The registered trademark "Lanzhou Beef Noodles" can be used in two different ways depending on the region. That is to say, all catering enterprises or individuals that have operated or plan to operate Lanzhou beef noodles within the administrative division of Lanzhou, as well as enterprises or individuals that produce and operate Lanzhou beef noodles-related and supporting products, apply for the Lanzhou beef noodles trademark, and adopt the general licensing method. For chain-operated enterprises, the head office or company shall declare uniformly, and each store shall have one certificate. However, outside the administrative division of Lanzhou, licensing is carried out through exclusive ownership or bidding.
The "Interim Measures" stipulate that those applying for the Lanzhou Beef Noodles trademark should meet the following conditions at the same time:
(1) Have a legally registered business license, tax registration certificate, and catering service license certificate, employee health certificate and other relevant certificates;
(2) The business area should be more than 80 square meters, or the production and processing area should be more than 500 square meters, in compliance with the "Lanzhou Beef Noodle Restaurant (Store) Grading Regulations" Level 3 or above;
(3) During the three years before applying for the use of the Lanzhou Beef Noodles trademark, there is no bad record of being punished by relevant law enforcement agencies; the operation shall be in accordance with the "Lanzhou Beef Noodles Standards".
On March 26, 2012, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security officially approved the Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security's "Special Professional Ability Assessment Specifications for Lanzhou Beef Ramen Making" and launched the assessment and appraisal work in an all-round way.
This is the first national special professional ability assessment standard declared and approved by Gansu Province. It marks that Lanzhou beef noodles making has become one of the 133 existing special occupations in my country, and has won the victory for the development of Lanzhou beef noodles brand. an unprecedented historical opportunity.
