Parker pen trademark?

Are you saying that there are two Parker pen trademarks or something?

One is the old one (one of the regular circles) Arrow), one is new (the trendy cursive letter P), both are designed by the same company, but now it seems that both old and new are used together. Usually the old trademark is used on the pen barrel, and the new trademark is used on the pen center. On the box It also uses a new trademark. The reverse is also true.
