Back discrimination method

The color of the back of Zhangqiu iron pot is similar to that of blue-green envy, that is, the color formed by iron at high temperature.

And from the back, it looks ugly to see the "bumps". In fact, this is the proof that Zhang Xian's iron pot is forged by hand. People with a little common sense will know that these "bumps" are hammered from the inside of the pot by the craftsman master during the process of manual hammering, and the hammer marks are highlighted on the back of the pot through the pot. At the same time, they are forged many times, which means that the hammer will be there only after many times.

pot and handle are integrated. The traditional craft of the authentic Zhangqiu iron pot is that the pot body and the pot handle are integrally formed. Not only the pot body needs hot forging, but also the pot handle needs hot forging and bending, so the pot handle is more durable. At present, many pots and pans on the market are welded by electric welding or riveted by rivets, which is different from the Zhangqiu iron pot with authentic pots and pans.
