Qualifications of the applicant: Mexican law stipulates that anyone engaged in industry, businessmen and service providers can use a trademark in their own business, trade or services and apply for registration with the trademark registration authority. However, the exclusive right to use a trademark was obtained with the approval of the authorities.
Documents required for application:
1. Name and address of the applicant;

Review process:
