How to tell the true and false imported fertilizers?

First, look at the packaging. Instructions for use should be provided on the outer packaging bag of imported chemical fertilizer, including: warning (such as "high chlorine content, biuret, improper use will cause harm to crops", etc.), usage method, suitable crops and unsuitable crops, recommended dosage, net content per bag, etc. For example, products containing urea nitrogen should be marked with the following warning on the packaging container: "It contains biuret, and improper use will cause harm to crops". For products marked with "chlorine", there should be no pictures of chlorine-free crops on the packaging container, and there should be no signs such as "potassium sulfate (type)", "potassium nitrate (type)" and "sulfur-based" which may easily lead users to mistakenly think that the products do not contain chlorine. Products marked with "chlorine (high chlorine)" shall be marked with the applicable crop varieties of the products and the warning that "improper use will cause harm to crops" on the packaging container. This is convenient for farmers to choose suitable fertilizer types according to crop characteristics.

secondly, call. Generally, the national toll-free telephone number is marked on the outer packaging of imported fertilizers. If the toll-free telephone number on the fertilizer packaging does not exist, it shows that this fertilizer is suspected of fraud, and it is best not to buy such products.

finally, check the certificate. At present, the inspection and quarantine department conducts on-site inspection and laboratory testing on each batch of imported fertilizers, and issues relevant inspection certificates after passing the test. Therefore, each batch of imported fertilizer that has passed the inspection has its own "identity certificate", that is, the certificate of the inspection and quarantine department. Farmers can verify the "authenticity" of imported fertilizers by asking for relevant certificates. It is noteworthy that China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Administration approved and issued the national standard GB1563-29 "Compound Fertilizer (Compound Fertilizer)" on November 3, 29, replacing the GB1563-21 "Compound Fertilizer (Compound Fertilizer)" standard, and the new standard was officially implemented on June 1, 21, so the current fertilizer packaging.
