Three, the registrant of the same trademark in the same period of validity of multiple identical trademarks belonging to the same category of international classification, can be renewed separately, can also be combined to apply for renewal.

Four, the original approved trademark pattern contains content that can not be used as a trademark, but the trademark is difficult to separate, it should give up the exclusive right to use this part; The trademark name is not in the trademark design, and if the name does not require the exclusive right, it shall be abandoned; If you want to keep the trademark name, you can write the words of the trademark name on the periphery of its graphics, or you can renew the words separately.

Five, the original trademark registration certificate shall be submitted, and five copies of the trademark pattern shall be attached.

Six, the name of an administrative division at or above the county level has been registered as a trademark, it shall submit a certificate of trademark use.
