The following are the import customs clearance information and procedures for fruit juice drinks

The required information for import beverage label application:

1 Export enterprise health license,

2 Product manufacturer or distributor business license,

3 Certificate of official sale of the product in the country (region) of production or certificate of origin,

4 Trademark authorization letter or authorized processing letter,

5 explanatory materials for the content marked on the label,

6 5 sets of sample samples of beverage labels. If it is difficult to provide samples, valid photos can be provided, or samples can be scanned and printed.

Documents required for customs declaration of beverage imports

1. Official certificate of origin

2. Official health certificate of the producing country

3. Production Manufacturer’s ingredient list

4. Manufacturer’s product inspection report

5. Proof that the product is registered and approved for sale in its country (region)

6. Original packaging One label sample and three Chinese and English label samples

7. The official quarantine certificate of the quarantine manufacturer is required
