When business men wear suits, they must pay special attention to the following seven aspects of dressing:
1. Remove the trademarks on the sleeves.
2. Iron it flat to make it look smooth and crisp, with straight lines.
3. Button up the buttons.
When standing, especially after standing up in public, the buttons on the suit jacket should be fastened to show that you are serious.
After sitting down, most of the buttons on the suit jacket should be unbuttoned to prevent them from being "twisted" and out of shape.
Only when wearing a vest or woolen sweater underneath and a single-breasted top outside, you are allowed to stand without buttoning the top.
When fastening the buttons of a single-breasted two-button suit jacket, pay attention to "button it up but not down it", that is, only fasten the top button.
When buttoning a single-breasted three-button suit jacket, either only button the button, or button the top two buttons.
When buttoning a double-breasted suit jacket, all buttons that can be buttoned must be buttoned.
When wearing a suit vest, whether worn alone or paired with a suit jacket, the buttons must be buttoned carefully and not allowed to open freely.
Generally, a suit vest can only be matched with a single-breasted suit top. The bottom button of a single-breasted vest should be left unbuttoned, while all buttons of a double-breasted vest must be fastened without exception.
No matter which way you wear trousers that are "closed", you must always remind yourself to fasten the buttons or zip the zippers. When participating in important activities, you must also check quietly at any time to avoid "losing Jingzhou carelessly". The hooks on the trousers should also be hung properly.
4. When wearing a suit, you must take good care of its original shape and do not roll it up or pull it back.
In public places, never take off your suit jacket casually in public, let alone put it on your shoulders as a cloak.
Under no circumstances should you roll up the sleeves of your suit jacket.
Under normal circumstances, it is not etiquette to roll up the legs of trousers at will.
5. Wear sweaters with caution.
Wear a suit with "style" and "taste". Except for shirts and vests, it is best not to wear any other clothing under the suit jacket.
If the cold is unbearable, you can wear a thin "V" collar solid-color wool sweater or cashmere sweater under your suit jacket. But do not wear woolen sweaters or cashmere sweaters with very complicated colors and patterns, nor wear button-down open-collar woolen sweaters or cashmere sweaters, nor can you wear multiple woolen sweaters, cashmere sweaters, vests, or even more at the same time. Add a hand-knitted sweater.
6. Match underwear skillfully.
The standard way to wear a suit is to not wear a cotton or woolen vest or underwear under the shirt.
It is extremely unethical to wear a suit without a shirt and wear a T-shirt directly with the suit.
When you have to wear a vest or underwear under your shirt due to special circumstances, you must pay attention to: 1. The quantity is limited to one piece; 2. The color must be similar to the color of the shirt; 3. The style should be short For shirts, the collar shape is "U" or "V". It is best not to wear high-necked vests or underwear to avoid unsightly "gimmicks" being exposed outside the collar of the shirt; 4. Be careful not to use The sleeves of the underwear are exposed to others' view.
7. In order to ensure that the suit does not look out of shape, you should put less or no things in the pockets of the suit's jacket, vest, trousers, underwear, etc.
Except for inserting a silk handkerchief for decoration, nothing else is allowed in the outer breast pocket on the left side of the suit jacket, especially pens and glasses.
The chest pocket on the inside of a suit jacket can be used to hold pens, wallets or business card holders, but do not put anything that is too large or too thick or useless.
In principle, it is best not to put anything in the two pockets at the bottom of the outside of the suit.
The pockets on the suit vest have many decorative functions. They should not be used to store other things except pocket expressions.
The pockets on both sides of suit pants can only hold tissues, key cases or broken wallets. The two pockets on the back are mostly empty of anything.
