First find a mineral water bottle.

Cut out the circle on the bottle as shown in the picture.

Wrap colored tape around it.

After wrapping it, it will look like the picture.

Cut two ear-shaped pieces of colored paper.

Glue the two ears on, and the Barbie headband is ready.
