Application conditions
Applicants should submit the following information:
1. The company’s registration matters include name, address, business scope, legal representative, registered capital , operating period, shareholders;
2. If a company changes its registration matters, it must apply for change registration to the original company registration authority. Without changing the registration, the company shall not change the registration items without authorization
Prohibited requirements
Prohibited projects or required projects in the Foreign Investment Industry Guidance Catalog. Anyone who has any of the following circumstances shall not serve as the legal representative, director, supervisor or senior manager of the company:
1. Has no capacity for civil conduct or has limited capacity for civil conduct;
2 , was sentenced to a criminal penalty for corruption, bribery, misappropriation of property, misappropriation of property or undermining the socialist market economic order, and the execution period has not expired for more than five years, or has been deprived of political rights due to a crime, and the execution period has not expired for five years;
3. If a director or factory director or manager of a company or enterprise that is in bankruptcy liquidation is personally responsible for the bankruptcy of the company or enterprise, it has not been more than three years since the bankruptcy liquidation of the company or enterprise was completed;
4. If you serve as the legal representative of a company or enterprise that has had its business license revoked or ordered to close due to illegal activities, and you bear personal responsibility, it has not been more than three months since the company or enterprise had its business license revoked. Years;
5. Large amounts of personal debts are due and have not been paid off.
