Units with expired special equipment production licenses can apply for license extensions online, and the extended validity period shall not exceed 1 year. Qualified special equipment production is encouraged The unit uses a self-declaration of commitment to renew certificates without review.
2. Carry out stationed guidance services

3. Strengthen measurement technology assistance

4. Provide efficient and convenient access services

5. Reduction and exemption of commissioned inspection and testing fees

6. Optimize inspection, testing and certification services

Vigorously promote "Zhejiang Inspection", encourage social inspection and testing institutions to settle in, and support enterprises to obtain online inspection and testing services.
7. Optimize the inspection process of special equipment
Priority shall be given to the inspection of special equipment of enterprises that have resumed work and production during the epidemic prevention and control period, and the inspection of "not once, but the report will be delivered" will continue to be implemented.
For special equipment that cannot be inspected regularly or cannot be inspected as scheduled, the inspection can be postponed with the consent of the relevant inspection agency, but the inspection must be submitted within one month after the epidemic is lifted.
8. Extend the elevator maintenance cycle as needed
For places with epidemic prevention and control restrictions, good previous maintenance status, good safe operation status, and a 100% inspection pass rate in the past three years For elevators of other types, on-demand maintenance is implemented;
For other types of elevators, on the premise of ensuring safety, the maintenance cycle can be appropriately extended, and maintenance units are encouraged to record the maintenance process online. 9. Strengthen corporate quality, standards, and brand work guidance

11. Encourage the reduction or exemption of stall fees at farmers’ markets
