Chapter 3 Membership Article 9 Membership Composition Any individual or group that recognizes this charter and meets the membership regulations and conditions can apply for membership. Membership is divided into: individual members, group members, council members, standing council members and honorary members. Article 10 Membership System The China Marketing Association implements a membership registration system and implements institutional management of members in accordance with the provisions of the "China Marketing Association Membership Management Regulations" specially promulgated by the Association Management Committee. Membership registration is required once a year.
Article 11 Member Rights: The China Marketing Association shall, in accordance with the provisions of the "China Marketing Association Membership Management Regulations", protect members' rights to elect, be elected, criticize and make suggestions in the association, as well as participate in various activities of the association and enjoy membership services and other related rights; members Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free. Article 12 Member Obligations Members must abide by the association's charter, implement the association's resolutions, actively pay membership dues and participate in various activities of the association. Article 13 Honorary Member Domestic and foreign individuals who have made special contributions to the Association and experts and scholars with high academic prestige and social influence may, upon discussion and approval by the Association, be awarded the title of Honorary Member and be given relevant positions in the Association. Article 14 Membership Relations Members should always keep abreast of local market trends and transmit relevant information to the association and relevant member units in a timely manner to enhance exchanges and promote cooperation. Members should coordinate bilateral relations and carry out business cooperation in the form of agreements. They can act as agents for each other and achieve mutual benefit.
Chapter 4 Organizational Structure Article 15 Member Congress The Member Congress adopts democratic management and collective voting system. Each term is five years. Article 17 Leading Body The leading body of the China Marketing Association is the Management Committee of the China Marketing Association, which is responsible for the daily work of the association. Article 18 Management Committee The Management Committee must be attended by more than 2/3 of the executive members before it can be convened, and its resolutions must be approved by more than 2/3 of the members present at the meeting to take effect. They may not be misappropriated for other purposes, and may not be used among members. Distribution; the association temporarily needs to raise funds to hold large-scale activities, which must be approved by the management committee; the wages, insurance, benefits, and treatment of the association's full-time staff are implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations. Article 28 Fund Management The China Marketing Association has established a strict financial management system to ensure that accounting information is legal, authentic, accurate and complete; the association is equipped with professionally qualified accountants, and accountants are not allowed to concurrently serve as cashiers; accountants must perform accounting calculations. Implement accounting supervision; when accounting personnel are transferred or resign, they must go through the settlement procedures with the takeover personnel. Article 29 Asset Composition The assets of China Marketing Association include tangible assets and intangible assets. Tangible assets include fixed assets, office equipment, book funds, accounts receivable, and other equipment and items purchased by the association with funds. Intangible assets include Goodwill rights, name rights, trademark rights, etc. Article 30 Asset Management The asset management of China Marketing Association must implement the financial management system prescribed by the state and accept the supervision of the general meeting of members and the financial department. The final account report of the previous year and the budget report of the current year are prepared in January of each year and submitted to the management committee for review and to the relevant national departments for filing. If the source of assets is state appropriation or social donation funding, they must accept the supervision of the audit agency and report the relevant information Announce it to the public in an appropriate manner; any unit or individual may not appropriate, privately distribute or misappropriate the association's assets.
Article 31 Asset Use Members and governing units of the China Marketing Association may authorize the use of the association’s unified name, graphic marks and iconic items (business cards, company flags, etc.) in accordance with regulations; the association’s tangible assets are used in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Management Committee implement. Article 34 Procedure for Amending the Articles of Association. Modification of the Articles of Association of the China Marketing Association must be jointly initiated by more than one-third of the seats in the Member Representative Assembly. Three members of the Member Representative Assembly It is approved by voting by more than two-thirds of the seats and submitted to the Management Committee for review and promulgation. The revised articles of association of the China Marketing Association must be reviewed and approved by relevant national departments within 15 days after being approved by the member representative conference, and reported to the society registration and management authority for approval before taking effect.
Chapter 8 Termination and Suspension Article 35 Conditions for Association Termination When the China Marketing Association encounters the following circumstances, it may be terminated and disbanded through necessary procedures: (1) Force majeure causes the association to be unable to continue to operate (2) ) The association suffered a huge loss of funds and was unable to improve and continue to operate (3) Ordered to stop by the registration management authority (4) The management committee unanimously approved the suspension of the association's operations
Article 36 Association Termination Procedures Termination of the China Marketing Association When disbanding, the management committee shall propose a termination motion, which shall be approved by a vote of three-quarters of the membership congress and submitted to the competent authority for review and approval, before the termination procedure can be entered. Article 40 The content and implementation standards of these Regulations are ultimately interpreted and supervised by the China Marketing Association Management Committee.
