A touching story of filial piety happened during the Kangxi and Qianlong years of the Qing Dynasty. The county magistrate Yang Xiaolian's mother became ill due to overwork and had a persistent cough. Xiaolian's filial piety moved the famous doctor Ye Tianshi to give him a honey-flavored loquat ointment to cure Mrs. Yang's illness. Many years later, on her deathbed, Mrs. Yang asked Yang Xiaolian to make honey-flavored Sichuan clam loquat ointment to benefit the public. In order to commemorate the mother's kindness and the establishment of a pharmaceutical factory in Beijing, it was named "Kyoto Nianji_Milian Chuanbei Loquat Cream", and the filial piety picture was used as the trademark.
