Yurun is a large-scale private labor-intensive manufacturing enterprise. It is located at the low end of the industrial chain, so wages are generally low, but the wages for mid- to high-level talents are relatively higher than those of private companies.

Yurun Holding Group is a private enterprise group integrating seven major industries, including food, real estate, commerce, logistics, tourism, finance and construction. It is headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu, with a total number of employees of nearly 130,000. It has more than 300 subsidiaries (branch) located in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country.

Yurun owns two listed companies, Yurun Food (1068.HK) and Central Shopping Mall (600280.SH). In 2012, Yurun achieved sales revenue of 106.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17%. The company's comprehensive strength ranks 112th among the top 500 Chinese enterprises, 39th among the top 500 Chinese manufacturing companies, and 8th among the top 500 Chinese private enterprises.

Company Events

On January 10, 2014, Yurun Group and the research group of Professor Zhou Guanghong of Nanjing Agricultural University jointly completed the "Cooled Meat Quality Control Key Technologies and Equipment" The "Innovation and Application" project won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

On February 11, 2014, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce announced the latest batch of well-known Chinese trademarks. The "Harbin Roulian" trademark was unanimously recognized as " China's Well-known Trademark". Known as the "Birthplace of China's First Red Sausage", Harbin Dazhong Meat Group has since become a meat processing factory with both "Chinese Century-old Brand" and "China's Famous Trademark".
