According to Article 6 of the "Measures for the Recognition and Protection of Famous Trademarks in Yunnan Province", to apply for the recognition of a famous trademark in Yunnan Province, the applicant shall apply to the state or municipal industrial and commercial administration authority where it is registered; in Enterprises registered with the provincial administration for industry and commerce can apply directly to the provincial administration for industry and commerce. When applying, you should fill in the "Application Form for Famous Trademark Recognition in Yunnan Province" and submit the following supporting documents: (1) Business license or corresponding legal qualification certificate; (2) Proof of registration and use of the trademark at home and abroad; (3) Use of the trademark Proof of the trademark's product quality level, the main economic indicators and sales area, sales volume and after-sales service measures in the past two years; (4) The coverage area of ??the trademark's advertising and the investment in advertising funds; (5) The protection measures for the trademark.

Article 7 stipulates that the state or municipal administration for industry and commerce shall receive the application on the date of receipt. A preliminary review will be conducted within 30 days, and opinions will be submitted to the provincial industrial and commercial administration authority for review.

Article 8 stipulates that the provincial industrial and commercial administration authority shall review the application materials and organize expert review within 60 days from the date of receipt of the reported application or the directly accepted application. Those that comply with the relevant provisions of these Measures will be preliminarily identified and announced; those that do not comply with the relevant provisions of these Measures will be returned with a written explanation of the reasons.

Anyone may raise an objection to a Yunnan Province famous trademark that has been initially recognized within 30 days from the date of announcement. If there is no objection or the objection is ruled to be untenable, the provincial industrial and commercial administration authority will make a determination and issue a "Yunnan Provincial Famous Trademark Certificate"; if the objection is ruled to be true, it will not be recognized.
