There are 6 methods:
1: Silk screen.
Refers to screen printing. The logo is printed on paper or other materials via a special grid. Screen printing has many advantages and should be widely used for gift printing.
2: Hot stamping.
Also known as embossing, it refers to the text and patterns on the material, such as hot stamping foil on the surface of the gift, or the way of embossing various patterns or patterns by heat pressing. Hot stamping is commonly used for gift packaging such as paper, fabric and leather. There are colorless hot stamping, single color hot stamping, mixed hot stamping and hot stamping.
3: Oxidation.
Anodized paper is suitable for the printing process of metal gift surfaces such as magnesium alloy. It uses an organic solvent as a medium and tip discharge to produce a thin film pattern or text similar to a ceramic layer on the surface of the product. The oxidation effect on the metal surface is more beautiful than screen printing.
4: Pad printing.
Pad printing refers to thermal transfer printing. Transfer printing of gift logos is mainly suitable for polyester fiber products, but with the increase of transfer printing. Also available on nylon, acrylic, cotton and linen. Printing is divided into wet printing, dry printing, steam printing and other forms. The characteristics of pad printing are that the logo pattern is realistic, the layers are clear, and the three-dimensional effect is strong. It is mainly used for precise pattern printing of high-end gifts.
5: Weaving and embroidery.
Weaving and embroidery refer to the process of weaving and embroidering on processed fabric according to the requirements of the logo design to complete the logo pattern and color. There are many traditional weaving techniques. Logo embroidery for gifts is usually done in colorful embroidery. This method has the characteristics of embroidered flat clothes, rich splicing, fine stitching, and bright colors. It is most widely used in clothing and accessories.
6: Laser engraving.
The principle of laser engraving of the logo is similar to the printed logo on the surface of the gift. The only difference is that laser engraving involves shining a laser onto various packaging materials, such as wood and acrylic. Laser engraving materials include: wood products, plexiglass, metal plates, glass, stone, crystal, paper, two-color plates, alumina, leather, resin, sprayed metal, etc. Laser engraving is characterized by exquisite logos and a strong sense of technology.
