This American company takes "Careful handling" as its slogan, symbolizing the significance of this slogan, which is marked by the pattern that the mother cat carefully transports her kitten. Yamato Transportation believes that the attitude of being careful, not hurting the kitten and holding the neck lightly in the pattern seems to be carefully handling the goods consigned by customers, which is in line with the company's purpose. So with the consent of Aled Company, the pattern was further designed and changed into the current black cat logo, making this pattern more symbolic. Daiwa Transportation also translated CarefulHanding as "I do things, don't worry" and used it as a propaganda slogan. Therefore, people also call Yamato Transportation "Black Cat Brigade".
