Diesel forklift
TCM internal combustion forklifts are generally divided into three categories:
1. Balance heavy-duty diesel forklift
Generally, diesel, gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas are used, with a load of 0.5-45 tons, and most of them are diesel forklifts above 10 tons.
2. Container forklift (front crane)
A crane powered by a diesel engine for loading and unloading containers. The carrying capacity is 45 tons.
3. Side forklift
Powered by diesel engine, the carrying capacity is 3.0 ~ 6.0 tons. Forks are installed on the side of forklift trucks and have the ability to fork goods directly from the side, so they are mainly used to fork long goods, such as wooden strips and steel bars.
Electric forklift
TCM electric forklift refers to a forklift that works with electricity, and most of them work for batteries. Battery is a kind of battery, its function is to store limited electric energy and use it in the right place. Its working principle is to convert chemical energy into electrical energy. This battery is installed in the battery of the electric forklift. It should be noted that the battery is best not to be placed horizontally! Because the battery is generally 22 ~ 28% dilute sulfuric acid. When the battery is placed upright, the electrolyte can submerge the electrode plate, and there is still a little space. If the battery is placed horizontally, some electrode plates will be exposed to the air, which is very unfavorable to the electrode plates of the battery. Moreover, the observation hole of the battery or the exhaust port at the top of the battery is communicated with the outside, so the electrolyte is easy to flow out when the battery is placed horizontally.
