According to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Trademark Law, to submit an application for trademark registration to the Trademark Office, one application for trademark registration, ten copies of trademark patterns (for color trademarks with specified colors, ten copies of color patterns shall be submitted) and one copy of black and white ink draft shall be submitted.

(1) The name and seal of the applicant for trademark registration shall be consistent with the approved or registered name.

(2) The declared commodities shall not exceed the approved or registered business scope, and the commodity names shall be filled in according to the commodity classification table; If the commodity name is not included in the commodity classification table, a description of the commodity shall be attached. Note: If an application for trademark registration is represented by a trademark agency, a power of attorney for trademark agency shall be attached, which shall be handled by the trademark agency and submitted to the Trademark Office.

(3) Quantity and specification requirements for submitting trademark patterns: each trademark registration application shall submit ten trademark patterns and one black-and-white ink draft to the Trademark Office; If it is a color trademark with specified color, it shall submit ten copies of color pattern and one copy of black and white ink draft to the Trademark Office. The trademark pattern must be clear and easy to stick, printed on bright and durable paper or replaced by photos, and its length and width should not exceed10cm and not less than 5cm.

(4) Relevant supporting documents should be prepared at one time. A copy of the business license shall be attached to the general application for trademark registration; The trademark registration of drugs and tobacco products used by the applicant shall also be accompanied by the relevant approval documents of the national health department and the tobacco products department.

(5) To apply for the registration of a collective trademark or certification trademark, relevant documents shall be attached in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Collective Trademarks and Certification Trademarks issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Since July 1 9931,the state has approved the implementation of the trademark registration agency system, and enterprises that need trademark registration can entrust a trademark agency with legal qualifications to handle it.
