How to distinguish grain wine from blended wine in liquor?

1. Blended liquor (printed on the label: GB/T2821)

Blended liquor is what we often call "alcoholic liquor". This liquor is blended with pure edible alcohol and essence, and the brewing method is called "liquid method", that is, no solid grain can be seen, and it is directly brewed from alcohol, which is generally common in low-end liquor in barrels.

2. Blended liquor (printed on the label: GB/T2822)

Blended liquor is a part of liquor stock brewed with grain, generally about 3%, blended with edible alcohol, water, essence, etc. The brewing method is called "solid-liquid method", which is better in quality than liquor brewed by liquid method, and many well-known brands are making it.

3. Grain wine (with GB/T1781 and other standard numbers printed on the label)

The brewing method of grain wine is "solid state method", and the ingredients used are only sorghum, wheat, peas, rice, corn and other cereals and water, with the best quality and taste.

When buying liquor, liquor brewed by liquid method is basically unnecessary to buy. Blended liquor brewed by solid-liquid method has rich taste of liquor brewed by solid-liquid method, and the purity of liquor brewed by liquid method actually has some good qualities. But generally speaking, alcoholic liquor and blended liquor are not as good as pure grain liquor in terms of taste, fragrance and influence on human body.

Liquor brewed by solid-state method is the mainstream, with the richest taste. According to different brewing techniques, different factors such as raw materials used, there are many corresponding standard numbers. I will sort out these standard numbers in turn and share them as the following pictures. When buying wine, I only need to use these pictures to compare the standard numbers on the bottle, so I can easily know the flavor and brewing process of this bottle.
