(1) Assignor and transferee Copy of identity document confirmed by seal or signature (such as a copy of the enterprise's business license, natural person's ID card/residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents/residence permit for Taiwan residents/passport, etc.);

(2) Entrustment When handled by a trademark agency, submit a power of attorney issued by both the transferor and the transferee;

(3) If the application document is in a foreign language, it should also be confirmed by the signature and seal of the applicant, agency organization or translation agency Chinese translation.

(4) Statement of consent for trademark transfer: stamped and signed by the legal representative of the transferor and transferee;

There are two main ways to apply:

(1) Submit directly to the Trademark Office acceptance window or the acceptance windows open in various places;

(2) An agency with a registered power of attorney can handle the application.
