The Beijing Court Trial Information Network published the first-instance administrative judgment of Coconut Tree Group Co., Ltd. and other national intellectual property rights on April 5. The judgment shows that the plaintiff claimed that the trademarks "YeShu Coconut China State Banquet Beverage" and "YeShu Coconut China State Banquet Beverage" are extension trademarks of the plaintiff and can be translated as "YeShu Coconut China State Banquet Beverage". The court held that in this case, the disputed trademark contained the name of my country, China, and was designated for use on the reviewed goods, which would easily have a negative impact on the public. The disputed trademark violated the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law. The verdict in this case was to reject the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff Coconut Tree Group Co., Ltd.

First, coconut palm cannot be called a "state banquet drink". It is still far from the standard of a state banquet.

The reason why it cannot be called a state banquet drink is because the advertisement is very vulgar and cannot be put on the table. For a drink that has a lot of foundation and is on the market, why does it have to use vulgar advertisements with innuendo and sensationalism? The operation of using inferior advertisements to damage the brand image is really intoxicating. The coconut juice is delicious, but the pure white dress of the woman on the package is really ugly. Even if we have to show the curves of a beautiful woman on the drink can, why can't we find a reliable design to make the whole thing more artistic? It's so rustic.

Two, I like Coconut Coconut Juice, but their advertising really needs to improve. Maotai liquor can be used exclusively for state banquets, and Coconut Tree is delicious. One reason why it cannot be used for state banquets is that it is sold too cheap, and the other is that the advertising is not done well, for fear of affecting the image of our country.

I remember that coconut mineral water was one of the state banquet drinks in the Great Hall of the People many years ago, and it was also placed on important diplomatic occasions.

Third, coconut milk drinks, Coconut Juice is indeed the best on the market, other brands have obvious flavor.

The advertising and packaging of coconut trees are really low. The first time I saw coconut trees was when I was a child in the countryside.
