2. Registered trademark:
refers to an organization that has the ability to supervise a certain commodity or service and is used by units or individuals outside the organization to prove the origin, raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality or other specific quality of the commodity or service. For example, the "green food" logo registered by the Green Development Center is used by enterprises that meet the green food standards. If the product of an enterprise is labeled as "green food", it proves that the product meets the quality requirements of green food.
3. Collective trademark:
A sign registered in the name of a group, association or other organization for the members of the organization to use in business activities to show the membership of the users of the organization. In other words, if the trademark on a product or service is a collective trademark, the supplier of the product/service is a member of the owner of the collective trademark. For example, Golden Key is an international service brand, and Golden Key International is the organizer of the brand. If the hotel becomes a member of the golden key organization, the hotel can use the "golden key" logo.
4. Service marks:
Service marks designated to distinguish different service sources are called service marks. Corresponding to the commodity trademark. According to the classification table of similar goods and services, 35-45 categories are service categories and 35-45 categories are service trademarks. For example, "Lily Net" is designated in the 45th category of "Online Dating".
5. Well-known trademark:
refers to a trademark that is well-known and enjoys a high reputation in China. For example, "Quanjude" and so on. In the past, the commercial value of well-known trademarks seemed to be greater than its legal value. However, the new Trademark Law, implemented on May 1, 214, aims to clarify the source of well-known trademarks, prohibit the labeling of "well-known trademarks" in advertising, eliminate their commercial value such as marketing advertisements, and restore their legal significance.
