How many trademarks can a company apply for?

Two or more trademarks can be registered.

Application method: You can go to the registration hall of the Trademark Office in person; you can also entrust an agency to apply.

Materials required for application: Registering a trademark in the name of a company requires a copy of the business license, trademark drawing, and the scope of protection of goods or services.

Application procedures:

1. First review the trademark. If there is no identical or similar one before, you can submit an application.

2. About one month after the application is submitted, the Trademark Office will issue you an application acceptance notice (this period is called the formal review stage).

3. After the formal review is completed, it will enter the substantive stage, which will take about one to one and a half years.

4. If the substantive examination is passed, it will enter the announcement procedure (this period is 3 months, also called the objection period).

5. No one raises any objection after the announcement period expires. You can get the registration certificate.
