Trademark registration applications shall be subject to trademark registration fees as required. Each application should be accompanied by proof of payment of the application fee.

When applying for trademark registration or handling other trademark matters, fees must be paid according to regulations. The Trademark Office will consider the application complete and will accept it after receiving the application documents and trademark fees. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.

The standard for accepting trademark registration fees is 1,000 yuan per application (9 limited goods or services), with an additional 100 yuan for each additional application. The standard registration fee for accepting collective trademarks and certification trademarks is 3,000 yuan.
