Article 12 Where Party A submits an electronic trademark application (except for international registration of trademarks), it shall pay the trademark fee in full online within the opening hours of the system on the same day, based on the actual payment time when the online trademark service system receives the feedback from UnionPay online payment platform. If the feedback from UnionPay is not received after the opening hours of the system, it shall be deemed that the application has not been submitted.
Article 13 When Party A submits an electronic application for a trademark (except for international registration of a trademark), it can make amendments within the opening hours of the system on the same day after the payment is completed. Those involving cost changes cannot be modified. The application can be deleted during the opening hours of the system on the same day, and the paid fee will be refunded to the payer's account.
Article 14 Where Party A submits an electronic application for international registration of a trademark, it shall pay the fee to the Trademark Office within 15 days after receiving the notice of payment from the Trademark Office. If it fails to pay within the time limit, the Trademark Office will not accept its application. During the opening hours of the system on that day, you can modify or delete the application.
Article 15 When a party applies for an electronic trademark, it shall uniformly issue a bill to the party, and the mailing address shall be the registered address of the user.
Where a party entrusts a trademark agency to handle an electronic application for a trademark, it shall issue a unified bill to the trademark agency, and the mailing address shall be the address of the trademark agency for filing in the Trademark Office.
