In September, with the approval of the provincial government, the original Liaoning Provincial Museum and comprehensive business building were handed over to the Shenyang Municipal Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publication Bureau as the site of the Shenyang Museum. After three years of renovation and exhibition projects, the Shenyang Museum finally meets the conditions for opening!

The exhibition hall is located at No. 363, Shifu Road, Shenhe District.

It is also the location of the original Liaoning Provincial Museum located in the Municipal Square. The exhibition hall covers an area of ??about 22,000 square meters and has more than 2,535 cultural relics. The brand-new Shenyang Museum is a comprehensive museum that comprehensively reflects the regional history and culture of Shenyang. It will systematically display the history of human activities in Shenyang over the past 110,000 years and the history of Shenyang’s city building over the past 2,300 years.

"Brilliant Fusion - Collection of Collections of Liaohe River Basin Museums" displays more than 450 sets of high-end cultural relics from 21 museums in the Liaohe River Basin, telling a story. Thousands of cultural meteorological events across the river. "Fireworks in the World Touch the Heart - An Exhibition of Blue and White Porcelain from Ming and Qing Folk Kilns Collected by Shenyang Museum" displays fireworks and pyrotechnics in the world through more than 240 sets of porcelain.

Visits require real-name reservations

During the epidemic prevention and control period, the Shenyang Museum only provides reservation channels through the personal online real-name registration system, with a daily limit of 2,000 people. You can make reservations in advance through Meituan and Ctrip platforms. After the reservation is successful, you can enter the museum with the reservation text message, valid ID, and health code. Those without reservations were denied entry to the museum.
