3. According to the pore size, the component activated carbon absorbs harmful gases. Different harmful gases have different molecular weights and particle sizes. Coconut shell carbon is the first choice to absorb odor and stupid pollution in the world, and gas-phase spherical microporous activated carbon is the most ideal formaldehyde adsorption carbon. 5. Look at these bubbles. Put a handful of activated carbon into the water. Because water molecules are small, water will gradually immerse into the pore structure of activated carbon, forcing the air in the pores to be exhausted, thus producing a series of extremely fine bubbles, drawing a fine bubble line in the water and making a slight bubble sound. 6. Look at carbonized materials. Carbonized materials are carbonized instead of activated carbon, but the activation process is the most important process in the manufacturing process of activated carbon, and the carbonized materials without this process have almost no adsorption performance. Because there is no activation pore-forming process, the surface of carbonized material is smoother than activated carbon, white in color and slightly metallic in taste, harder to the touch and much heavier than activated carbon.
7. Look at the brands. There are many brands of so-called activated carbon in the general market, many of which are shoddy and uneven in quality. When purchasing, you should choose activated carbon produced by a national certified manufacturer with certain strength and brand awareness. For example, to see if there is a certificate of honor issued by a national authority, of course, many other so-called certificates of honor can be bought for tens of thousands of yuan, but generally provincial or national famous trademarks must have strong comprehensive strength to win. Secondly, the trademark must be a registered trademark for more than 3 years. As for the choice of activated carbon brand, it is recommended to choose products produced by professional activated carbon production enterprises. Tips: Activated carbon needs to be taken outdoors to dry after being used for a period of time.
