The second Chinese youth volunteer logo is commonly known as the "heart hand logo". Article 3 *** Youth League organizations at all levels, youth volunteer organizations at all levels and young volunteers should use the Chinese Youth Volunteers logo in accordance with laws and regulations. Mainly including but not limited to the following situations:

Article 4 When designing and producing logos related to volunteer services using the Chinese Youth Volunteers logo as an element, the Chinese Youth Volunteers logo should be used in a complete and standardized manner and used as the main pattern, and no content should be added to it. , may not be tampered with. 1. Young volunteers' "One Helps One" long-term pairing service plan. This plan mainly serves the lonely elderly, disabled people, retirees and laid-off workers who have difficulties in life, extremely poor students, national preferential treatment recipients and other needy people
2. Youth Volunteer Poverty Alleviation Relay Program. This plan has been implemented since 1996. It adopts a relay mechanism of open recruitment, regular rotation, and long-term persistence. The public welfare China Caring World Organization mobilizes young volunteers to provide education, agricultural science and technology promotion, medical and health services in poverty-stricken areas.
