Terms of use:

1. The flags of the varsity and squadrons are the symbols of the brigades and squadrons of the Young Pioneers and are used under the following circumstances:

(1) When the Young Pioneers organization is carrying out collective activities;

(2) The varsity (middle) team of the Young Pioneers ) when the team holds the joining ceremony; when the junior high school Young Pioneers brigade holds the leaving ceremony;

(3) when the Young Pioneers brigade or squadron is established;

(4) when the Young Pioneers organization holds important meetings.

Except for the above circumstances, the use of the team flag and its patterns must be approved by the Youth Working Committee at or above the county level.

2． Young Pioneers must love the team flag and salute the team when raising or removing the flag at Young Pioneers gatherings or activities. One Young Pioneer flag bearer and at least two Young Pioneer flag bearers form a flag bearer combination. The flag bearer's right hand holds the lower part of the flagpole close to the waist, and his left hand straightens and holds the middle and upper part of the flagpole. The team flag is tilted at an angle of about 45 degrees. At the flag-raising ceremony, the Young Pioneers salute and the flag bearer must hold the flag and salute.

3． The team flag should be displayed in the team room and should not be hung.

4． The team flag and its designs may not be used for trademarks, commercial advertising or commercial activities.

5． Young Pioneer organizations at all levels are not allowed to use team flags that are damaged, contaminated, faded or do not comply with production regulations.

Types of team flags:

1. Squadron flag:

The height is 60 cm and the length is 80 cm. One end is cut off to a height of 20 cm and the bottom width is 20 cm. It is an isosceles triangle of 60 cm, forming a triangular gap, symbolizing the missing corner of a bright red scarf. The five-pointed star and torch (the same color as the brigade flag) are in the center of a square with a side length of 60 cm.

2. The brigade flag

The height is 90 cm and the length is 120 cm. There is a yellow five-pointed star and a torch in the center of the flag (the torch is edged with yellow and has a red interior).

The designer of the flag of the Republic of China is Zeng Liansong, from Ruian, Zhejiang.
