1. One copy of "Trademark Registration Application Form" must be submitted for each trademark registration application.

2. Copy of applicant’s identity document.

3. "Trademark Agency Power of Attorney".

4. Trademark drawings

(1) One trademark drawing must be submitted for each trademark registration application. If applying for trademark registration with a color combination or colored pattern, the colored pattern should be submitted, and a black and white draft should be submitted;

(2) If the color is not specified, the black and white pattern should be submitted.
