How to renew the trademark when it expires?

The protection period of a registered trademark is ten years, and the registered trademark shall be renewed before the expiration of the protection period. Apply for renewal of a registered trademark, submit the corresponding application documents and pay the corresponding fees. The application documents to be submitted are:

(1) Application for trademark renewal registration;

(2) the applicant's identification document (copy);

(3) Submit the Power of Attorney for the entrusted agent, and submit the copy of the ID card of the agent directly in the acceptance hall;

(4) a copy of the registration certificate;

(5) If the application document is in a foreign language, a Chinese translation confirmed by the signature of the translation agency shall also be provided.

the applicant directly goes to the trademark registration hall or entrusts a trademark agency to handle it, and the trademark agency will serve the application to the trademark office. An application for renewal of registration requires a fee, 1 yuan. If the application for renewal of registration is submitted within the grace period of six months after the expiration of the time limit, 25 yuan's delay fee will also be paid.
