In each category of the International Classification of Goods and Services for Trademark Registration, each registered trademark pattern is a trademark (one standard and one category). Any application for registration of each trademark shall be regarded as an application, and a set of application documents shall be submitted separately, and the fees shall be paid separately. It takes about two years to apply for trademark registration. There is no statutory time limit for the approval or rejection of an application for trademark registration.
