Third, the job requirements

1. As the most basic and direct image of a cultural and sports festival, the festival emblem should have distinct symbolic significance and style charm, be easy to popularize and remember, and contain elements of "Haishu District Cultural and Sports Festival".

2. Mascots should have lively, lovely, warm, auspicious and happy artistic charm, embody the campus cultural characteristics of "truth, goodness, beauty and upward", have the regional cultural characteristics of Haishu, and adopt anthropomorphic methods to express them.

3. The collected works can be drawn by hand or by computer drawing software. Computer drawing works should be in GIF/JPG file format within 800×600 pixels, and the works should be clear within 500KB. At the same time, the author should provide a written explanation of the design creativity.

4. All submitted works must be original, and shall not imitate the existing festival emblem and mascot, nor infringe any copyright, trademark right, exclusive right or other rights of a third party. In case of legal problems such as the right of signature, the author shall be responsible.

5. Works can be created individually or collectively, and only festival emblems or mascots can be designed.
