1. Ruihao, Germany

Ruihau RAUTHERM S heating pipes are made of high-density cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) and are composed of polyvinyl alcohol (EVOH) The oxygen barrier layer is extruded using a twin-screw extrusion process, so the cross-linking uniformity is better than the piston/single-screw extrusion process.

RAUTHERM S PE-Xa, the basic material of heating pipes, is made by peroxide cross-linking (Engel method). Compared with ordinary polyethylene, it improves a series of physical and chemical properties of polyethylene such as tensile strength, thermal strength, aging resistance, dimensional stability, stress cracking resistance, and chemical resistance.
