I. Purpose of the event

"Chinese Curriculum Standard" points out that students should be instructed to "read more books, read good books and read whole books" in the reading teaching suggestion. In order to further implement the requirements of the new curriculum standard, stimulate students' reading enthusiasm, cultivate students' good reading habits and improve students' Chinese literacy in an all-round way, the "Theme Learning Cup" reading essay contest was launched among all the students in the school.

Second, the activity procedure

1. In combination with school theme learning, each class independently carries out reading essay competition activities. Class competition time is self-determined. Class works are awarded the first, second and third prizes respectively. Five first prizes, second prize 10, third prize 10 with prizes. Prizes are collected from the school guidance office. The works that won the first prize participated in the selection of the school.

2. The school organizes the judges to select the first prize composition. Establish the first, second and third prizes. The first prize essay recommended to participate in the school selection should have the teacher's recommendation. The teacher's recommendation is not less than 200 words.

3. According to the teachers' organizations and students' awards and the recommendations written by teachers, the first, second and third prizes for teachers' guidance will be established. The school awarded prizes.

4. The school will select outstanding works from the first prize and recommend them to participate in the selection of outstanding essays in the district. The school will reward the award-winning teachers and students.

(1) The class essay activity ended on Wednesday, and the first prize works of each class were handed in before school on Wednesday afternoon.

(2) On Thursday, the school organized judges to select the first prize works of each grade.

(3) Announce the results of the competition on Monday (April 1 day), report the outstanding works of the school, and participate in district-level competitions.

Three. Activities require

1. Teachers should guide students' reading activities and carry out effective reading activities under the unified guidance of teachers.

2. Each grade should establish a unified reading content and theme according to the age characteristics of students and the needs of Chinese teaching, and can also combine reading activities in previous winter vacations.

3. Teachers should guide and correct students' reading essays.

The composition handed in is required to be written with 300 words of manuscript paper and pen. Pencils for grade one and grade two. The first page only writes the basic information of the participating students, including: ① composition topic ② school ③ class ④ name ⑤ instructor, one line each. On the second page, write only the title and text of the composition. The student's composition is accompanied by the teacher's recommendation, and the teacher is required to write with a pen.
