1. Basic situation of the development of food industry

Our city’s food industry has developed and grown since the reform and opening up. It started in the mid-to-late 1980s and after the "Seventh Five-Year Plan" ", "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period has made great progress. Especially in the late 1990s, relying on the nationwide investment promotion and the acceleration of agricultural industrialization, the food industry showed a rapid development trend by giving full play to the city's abundant agricultural and sideline product resources. Since the "Ninth Five-Year Plan", the output value of our city's food industry has continued to develop rapidly at an average annual increase rate of more than 20%. It has now developed into an industry with many categories that can not only adapt to domestic market demand, but also have certain export capabilities. Mainly reflected in the following aspects:

There are a large number of food industry enterprises, accounting for a large share of the city's total industrial economy. In 2004, the number of food processing enterprises and individual processing plants in the city increased to 1,353, achieving an output value of 6 billion yuan, and the comprehensive processing capacity of agricultural products reached 1.85 million tons. The number of food industry enterprises above designated size has grown to 66, with assets of 3.64 billion yuan and an industrial output value of 3.38 billion yuan, accounting for 20.4% of the output value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the city and 35.8% of the output value of local industrial enterprises above designated size. It is the local industry in our city. ’s largest industry. There are 30 food industry enterprises in the city with annual sales revenue exceeding 10 million yuan, of which 11 exceed 100 million yuan, including 1 national-level leading enterprise and 5 provincial-level leading enterprises. The food industry achieved an export delivery value of 214 million yuan, accounting for 31% of the city's export delivery value, ranking first among the city's nine export industries; among the 21 companies with an export delivery value of more than 5 million yuan, 11 were in the food industry. , becoming the backbone of our city’s export earnings.

The food industry covers a wide range of industries, and pillar industries have initially taken shape. At present, our city's food industry has more than 20 industries such as grain and oil processing, slaughtering and meat processing, vegetable and fruit processing, dairy products, condiments, convenience foods, quick-frozen foods, beer, liquor, wine, and beverage manufacturing. In addition to production and processing enterprises Mainly distributed outside towns and villages, there are also some food industry enterprises in commercial, food, agricultural and other systems. Judging from the structure of food industry enterprises above designated size, they are mainly distributed in seven industries: meat and poultry processing, pig processing, beef cattle processing, dairy products processing, grain and oil processing, cold drink products, and condiments. The livestock product processing industry has become the pillar industry of the city's food industry, achieving an output value of 2.5 billion yuan, accounting for 74% of the output value of food industry enterprises above designated size and 15.07% of the output value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the city. Among them, there are 15 broiler, duck and goose processing enterprises, with a processing capacity of 160,000 tons and an output value of 1.96 billion yuan, accounting for 57.9% of the output value of the food industry above designated size. The largest company, Dacheng Animal Husbandry, has an annual processing capacity of 34,000 tons, an output value of 500 million yuan, and export earnings of 40 million yuan. The number of pig and beef slaughtering and cooked food product processing enterprises has grown to 11, with an output value of 540 million yuan, accounting for 16% of the food industry output value above designated size.

Kaiyuan Fulun Company has an annual production capacity of slaughtering 600,000 pigs. Last year, it actually slaughtered more than 200,000 pigs. The supporting Yurun Company has an annual processing capacity of 60 million tons of cooked meat products. Qinghe Hongfu Meat Company has the production capacity to slaughter 30,000 beef cattle and 10,000 sheep, achieving an output value of 46.36 million yuan. Taking advantage of the agglomeration effect, some food industry clusters have emerged. Liangzhong Liquor Industry Group gathers 20 liquor brewing companies, produces 30,000 tons of liquor annually, processes and converts 40,000 tons of grain, and achieves an output value of 160 million yuan and a profit and tax of 13.6 million yuan. It ranked 88th in the selection of the top 100 liquor companies conducted by 6 departments including the National Food Association. Changtu Bamian Town has formed four meat and poultry processing enterprises of a certain scale, including Shengde, Shuguang, Dongquan and Baoxiang, with an annual processing capacity of 25 million meat poultry and an output value of 450 million yuan. In recent years, the cold drink industry has sprung up in Kaiyuan and Qinghe urban areas. More than 20 cold drink companies of a certain scale have been established, including Tianqi, Fukang, Li Fei, Shuaixing, and Wuzhou. Some of them have an investment scale close to billion, the cold drink industry can achieve an output value of at least 700 million yuan.

Relying on investment promotion, the food industry has achieved breakthroughs in the construction of large projects. First, in terms of corn processing, the Changtu Wanshunda corn starch processing project invested and constructed by Shenyang Wanshunda Group has a total investment of 430 million yuan. It has built two new starch production lines with an annual output of 200,000 tons and a self-contained power plant. The first phase of the project There is a starch production workshop with an annual output of 200,000 tons and a maltose workshop with an annual output of 100,000 tons. After the project reaches full production, it will process and convert 600,000 tons of corn annually, accounting for 30% of the city's total corn output. Second, in terms of dairy processing, in recent years our city has successively started construction of five dairy processing enterprises, including Yilu, Yangsen, Bingshan, Dongyu and Daniu, with a processing capacity of 138,000 tons. Tieling Yilu Dairy has a total investment of 170 million yuan, with a daily processing capacity of 400 tons of fresh milk, an annual output of 100,000 tons of various dairy products, an annual output value of 300 million yuan, and a tax of 20 million yuan. The project was put into production in July 2004. Yangsen Animal Husbandry has a total investment of 30 million yuan and processes 50 tons of fresh milk per day. Third, in terms of freeze-dried food processing, the freeze-dried food project invested by Beilv Group with an investment of 190 million yuan has been included in the key projects of revitalizing the Northeast Old Industrial Base in Liaoning. It has an annual output of 1,200 tons of freeze-dried food and an output value of 150 million yuan. The current first phase of the project is Already done. Food industry enterprises are making rapid progress in striving for famous brand products and developing green food and organic food. The city's food industry has strived to create 6 provincial famous brand products, 12 provincial famous foods, 6 municipal famous brand products, 13 provincial famous trademarks, and 20 municipal famous trademarks. "Tianqi" cold drinks and "Bean Zhongbao" have emerged. Condiments, "Dongshou" flour, "Beilv" beer and other well-known brands in the province. There are 20 enterprises in the city that have obtained the green food label. Beilv Mountain wild vegetables passed the green food certification in 2000. Beilv grapes, wine, rice, and bio-organic fertilizer passed the EU ECOCERT organic food certification in 2001. In 2004, Beilv and Daocheng two series of eight varieties of beer passed the China Green Food Development Center Green Food Certification is the first beer company in the province to receive this honor. Recently, Beilv's raspberry, blueberry and adzuki bean bases in Heilongjiang obtained the US NOP organic food certification.

In 2003, Beilu passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and HACCP international food safety certification. Following Beilu Group, Tieling County has established three green rice processing enterprises mainly under the "Fangxing" brand, forming a daily processing capacity of 100 tons. Kaiyuan City has successively established two green rice processing enterprises, Kaiyuan Rice Industry and Hecai Valley Industry. Among them, Hecai Valley Industry produces 7 varieties and 12 specifications, with an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons. A series of box lunch products using "Kaiqing" brand rice as raw materials have entered the Japanese market, with annual sales of more than 2,000 tons. "Changlu" brand green pork has also obtained the China Green Food Label and has been included in the National Spark Plan.
