1. Settlement Application

(2) Submit the settlement application

The merchant shall send the settlement application to the email address of the person in charge of each category according to the email requirements.

(3) Communication between the two parties:

The person in charge of the No. 1 investment promotion will conduct a preliminary review of the merchant, give feedback on the settlement results as soon as possible and contact you.

(4) Confirm cooperation intention

The person in charge of investment promotion will communicate with you on cooperation terms, requirements, etc., and both parties will confirm the cooperation intention.

2. Contract signing

(1) Send the contract:

The person in charge of investment promotion will express the official version of the contract to the merchant.

(2) Submit contract qualifications:

The merchant signs the contract as required and submits relevant qualification documents to the relevant investment promotion person in No. 1 Store.

(3) Qualification contract review:

Relevant departments of No. 1 Haodian will review the contract and qualification documents.

3. Preparation for opening a store

(1) Pay related fees:

Merchant pays deposit and platform usage fee.

(2) Merchant online training:

Professional trainers provide training on product listing and store opening, and dedicated training personnel provide one-to-one consultation.

(3) Prepare product information:

Merchant prepares relevant pictures and descriptions of the products that need cooperation.

(4) Opening a store for sales:

The product operations manager will contact you to arrange store opening.

3. Application Qualifications for Settlement

Merchant Qualification: Brand Business (operating a brand) company settles in with its own brand (R or TM), and the store it opens is called a "flagship store"

Merchant qualifications: Agent (operating a brand) company holds formal brand authorization Book, the store opened is called a "specialty store"

Merchant qualifications: agent or brand owner (operating multiple brands) The enterprise operates multiple brands (two or more) under the same category. , called "specialized store"

IV. No. 1 store entry criteria

2. Special product qualification review

Merchant is required to provide the following information:

Remarks:

● Authorization: It is necessary to ensure the integrity of the authorization chain (the authorization obtained by the enterprise that applied for settlement can be reversed back to the brand owner step by step);

● Invoice: All companies entering must provide consumers with formal invoices, and the company name stamped on the invoice must be consistent with the name of the company that the merchant cooperates with Yihaodian;

● Trademark: must be issued by the State Trademark Administration Trademark registration certificate or trademark acceptance notice;

● Please be sure to ensure the authenticity and validity of the relevant qualifications you provide before and after you settle in (if the relevant qualifications you provide are provided by a third party, such as trademark registration certificate, authorization books, etc.,

Please be sure to verify its authenticity and validity first). Once false qualifications are discovered, your company will be included in the list of non-honest merchants, and Yihaodian will no longer cooperate with you.

The deposit will be deducted.

V. No. 1 store entry fee standard

Charge standard:

Product quality deposit: 5,000-10,000 yuan/store (used for "worry-free shopping guarantee" "Advanced compensation);

Technology platform usage fee: calculated based on the number of SKUs in each store. If the number of SKUs paid annually is within 500, 3,000 yuan/year. If the number of SKUs is between 500 and 1,000, 5,000 If the number of SKUs exceeds 1,000 Yuan/year, 10,000 Yuan/year

Transaction commission: The transaction commission is calculated based on the actual transaction amount.
