1. It takes longer to dry than ordinary ink.
The price is much more expensive than ordinary ink. (Generally, the cmyk four-color ink of Hanghua is about 180.00 yuan/group, and the soybean ink of Hanghua is about 280.00 yuan/group, and the imported quality is good, ranging from 400.00 to 800.00 yuan).
There is little difference between soybean ink printing and ordinary ink printing. Print slowly, and don't add ink additives casually (some are not environmentally friendly and toxic).
If customers require the use of soybean ink, they can ask the printing factory to buy it or buy it from ink vendors themselves, such as Hanghua made in China, Toyo made in Japan and dic.
If it is a printed matter with strict requirements or export, you must go to the printing factory to see if it has advanced post-press processing equipment before printing. Generally, printed materials processed with soybean ink are mostly instructions or brochures.
If you are riding a horse to order a brochure, it is difficult to print it later. It is required to have at least a linkage production line with automatic page matching and three-sided book cutter functions! The reason for this is the following:
1. Because brochures printed with soybean ink can't be covered with film (the purpose of printing with soybean ink is environmental protection, and the covering process is not environmental protection. If the customer asks for a soybean ink cover, you can directly cheat him with a better ordinary film cover, and you can earn him more money, because he is a tiger (Dalian dialect means fool), which is equivalent to driving a 6.5 Hummer to root trees in the suburbs. )
2. Ink drying is slow and incomplete. Manual imposition is easy to leave fingerprints on large color blocks and dirty ink on white paper.
3. The three-sided book cutter cuts a book into pieces, while the traditional paper cutter cuts 10 to 20 books into pieces, so that the pressure of paper pressing will make the books and pages rub against each other.
Two other points:
1. Workers should try to wear gloves when inspecting and packaging finished products.
2. If it is an order from a big company (especially for instruction printing), the printing factory had better purchase lead-free iron wire for horse riding binding. If you are not careful, you will be unlucky (our company has been returned before, not the returned wires, but the printed brochures plus the freight to Japan and back home.
