a commodity trademark refers to words, figures or their combination marks used by producers or operators of commodities in order to distinguish the commodities produced or operated by them from those produced or operated by others. Commodity trademarks can be words, graphics or their combinations with or without any meaning. Like other trademarks, as long as it does not violate the prohibition clauses of the law, does not harm the morality of the public or the interests of others, and has the distinctiveness of the trademark, it can become a commodity trademark.
