Equipment and consumables required:
Basic equipment:
1, digital electronic scale, vacuum defoamer;
2. Glue dripping platform;
3. Plastic cups, stirring rods, plastic drip pots, and double-sided adhesive tape mixed with glue.
Cleaning agent: anhydrous ethanol.
If conditions permit, the following equipment can be added: drying box, automatic glue dripping machine, etc. (You can add me 532687535) Got it.
First, the manual operation process is as follows:
1. First, put the prepared substrates, such as PVC, plastic trademarks, metal badges, etc., into the oven for 60-degree preheating to remove the moisture on the surface.
2. Lay the dehumidified substrate flat on the console, keep it horizontal, and wait for dripping.
3. According to the dosage, take a clean beaker, accurately measure it, and mix and stir the A and B components evenly according to the weight ratio of 2: 1 (be sure to mix them evenly, otherwise the surface will stick to your hands and delaminate with the substrate, and all manufacturers' products will do the same. (Note: The proportion of each manufacturer is different, depending on the actual situation). 4. Then put the prepared mixture into a vacuum drying oven, turn on the vacuum pump, and remove bubbles in the mixture under vacuum.
4. Take a clean needle tube, inhale the defoamed crystal glue into the needle tube, then measure it and drop it evenly on the surface of the prepared substrate (i.e. signs, trademarks, etc.). ). Generally, the thickness of crystal glue layer is 2mm, so that it can be leveled naturally (note: the above process should be controlled within 30 minutes, so as not to increase the viscosity of glue solution, resulting in inoperability).
5. Observe whether there are bubbles or dust particles on the adhesive surface 3-5 minutes after the crystal glue is dripped on the substrate. If there are small bubbles, you can prick them with a pin. If you find a dead corner that does not flow to crystal glue, you can extradite it with a pin.
6. The poured signboard is cured 10-24 hours at room temperature of 20℃-30℃ to become a crystal signboard with non-stick surface.
7. If it is an adhesive, trademark, etc. Its thickness is very thin and its boundary is not obvious. It is easy to cause crystal glue overflow when pouring, and it is difficult to reach the thickness of 2mm. Therefore, when making crystal glue, the viscosity should be controlled according to different conditions, and it can be left for 1-2 hours in the smearing process to improve the viscosity and adapt to the perfusion of thin crystal glue.
7. Make crystal glue signs with a thickness greater than 2mm, which can be dripped twice. After the first drop, cure for 3-5 hours, and then drop another layer.
8. Cleaning after plastic dripping, whether manual or automatic, requires cleaning of machines, equipment and containers after completion. Because crystal glue is insoluble in any solvent after hardening, it must be cleaned before hardening (suggestion: use acetone or anhydrous alcohol).
