1, intellectual property management institutions, large enterprises, scientific research institutes and other units engaged in intellectual property management;

2. Engaged in intellectual property services or judicial work in intellectual property intermediary service institutions, law firms or people's courts;

3, engaged in intellectual property or related research work in the research unit.

The responsibilities of the intellectual property post are as follows:

1, responsible for the writing of application documents, the handling of patent application affairs and the reply to the notice of examination opinions;

2. Communicate with R&D personnel on technology mining and patentability analysis of patented technology;

3. Assist and independently handle patent invalidation, patent reexamination and patent administrative litigation.

Civil subjects enjoy intellectual property rights according to law.

Intellectual property rights are the exclusive rights enjoyed by the obligee to the following objects according to law:

(1) works;

(2) Inventions, utility models and designs;

(3) Trademarks;

(4) Geographical indications;

(5) Business secrets;

(6) Layout design of integrated circuits;

(7) New plant varieties;

(8) Other objects prescribed by law.

Article 444

Where the right to exclusive use of a registered trademark, patent right, copyright and other intellectual property rights are pledged, the pledge right shall be established at the time of pledge registration.

After the pledge of property rights in intellectual property rights, the pledgor may not transfer or license others to use them, unless the pledgor and the pledgee agree through consultation. The pledgor shall pay off the debts in advance to the pledgee or deposit the price for transferring or allowing others to use the pledged intellectual property rights.
