This is a special symbol that is commonly found in input methods. The following uses the QQ Wubi input method version 2.2 to demonstrate the input method:

1. First, switch to the QQ Wubi input method. Right-click the keyboard icon on the input method status bar.

2. In the pop-up right-click menu, click Symbol Importer.

3. Enter the special symbol—special symbol—TM symbol.

4. As shown below, you can enter a superscript TM symbol.
