According to the new Trademark Law’s provision of one trademark for multiple categories, only one application form needs to be submitted when handling a trademark transfer.

For example, if there are categories 24, 25, and 35 under the same application number, and the transferor only wants to transfer category 24 to the transferee, the transferee only needs to submit one application. The application number and category should be stated on the application form.
