The International Trademark Association provides services to all its members through the following channels:

Advocacy: By promoting the formulation of appropriate laws, regulations and treaties, it will play an active leading role in the international public policies concerning trademarks and related intellectual property rights.

communication: through timely and effective communication with the government, business, media, judiciary and institutions of higher learning, the public's understanding and knowledge of trademarks and related intellectual property concepts will be improved, and the influence and prestige of the International Trademark Association will be expanded.

education: produce and publish famous publications in the field of trademarks and related intellectual property rights, and develop related projects. Serve members, provide quality services for members and meet their different needs.

The current president of the International Trademark Association is Nils Victor Montan, who was elected at the 123rd annual meeting of the International Trademark Association held in San Francisco last May.
