However, with the development of market economy, some discordant notes gradually emerged. There are endless cases involving intangible cultural heritage, and trademark disputes related to intangible cultural heritage occur frequently. As a result, some intangible cultural heritage has been distorted and derogated. Trademarks have become a tool for some criminals to plunder cultural heritage resources.
