There were 49 foreign-invested projects introduced, with contracted foreign capital utilization of US$232.746 million and actual utilization of foreign capital of US$107.46 million. Especially in 2008, under the adverse factors of severe land use situation and financial crisis, the development zone further expanded its ideas, focusing on adjusting and upgrading the industrial structure, and actively used various investment platforms to proactively seek large and good projects. The district's annual contractual utilization of foreign capital was 30 million US dollars, and the actual disbursed foreign investment was 20.3581 million US dollars, ranking among the best among the provincial development zones in the province. The actual domestic investment in the district was 380 million yuan throughout the year, accounting for 1/2 of the county's total.

——Infrastructure construction is beginning to take shape, and regional functions are becoming increasingly perfect.
