3. Capital verification certificate

The capital verification certificate is a capital verification report issued by an accounting firm.

4. Identity certificate of financial personnel

Company registration process

1. Company name check

1. Multiple names are required for inquiry.

2. Before querying the company name, it is necessary to determine the company's registered capital, shareholder names and investment ratios, and the company's business scope.

3. Company name check materials: original shareholder identity certificate, "Company Name Pre-Approval Application" signed by the shareholder, and identity certificate of the authorized agent.

4. Limited company name approval time: It takes five working days in Shanghai and one working day in other provinces and cities.

5. Validity period of the limited company name: After obtaining the "Name Pre-approval Notice", the name is valid for half a year; if the industrial and commercial registration is not completed within half a year, the company name can be extended, and it can be extended again half a year.

2. Company account opening and capital verification

1. Open a temporary capital verification account for a limited company: After the company name is approved, the company's temporary capital verification account can be used. Shareholders transfer the registered capital in cash or transfer into the temporary capital verification account in proportion to their capital contribution.

2. Accounting firm capital verification: The accounting firm issues a capital verification report based on the shareholder capital entry status and company registration information provided by the bank.

3. Apply for industrial and commercial registration (business license)

1. Materials required for industrial and commercial registration: shareholder identity certificate, company articles of association, capital verification report, "Notice of Pre-Approval of Enterprise Name" , shareholders' meeting resolutions, company domicile certificate, etc.

2. The time required for industrial and commercial registration: 5 working days.

3. The fees required for industrial and commercial registration: announcement fee of RMB 320, business license fee of RMB 110, and industrial and commercial registration fee charged at 80,000 of the registered capital.

4. Seal engraving

After the Industrial and Commercial Bureau issues a business license, the company's official seal, legal person seal and financial seal can be engraved.

5. Registration of organization code

1. Required materials: copy of the company's business license, copy of the legal representative's identity certificate, and official seal.

2. Time required: 1-5 working days. The time for processing the organization code varies from place to place.

3. Required fee: RMB 148.

6. Apply for tax registration

1. Required materials: business license, copy of organization code certificate, official seal, company domicile certificate, accountant identity certificate, legal representative identity certificate wait.

2. Time required: 10-15 working days for tax registration; 2-3 working days for tax registration in other provinces and cities.

3. Required fee: RMB 20.
